Workout like a pro!

I work with a training system that divides the year into mesocycles, always followed by a deload phase. During each mesocycle we increase the volume of each muscle group as the weeks go by. Upon reaching high levels of fatigue, we enter a deload week and prepare for the next mesocycle. 

This is the same system that was developed by Dr. Mike Israetel, PhD in Sport Physiology and currently the head science consultant for Renaissance Periodization and used in thousands of elite athletes around the world. Don’t worry about all the nitty gritty things, I’ll structure it all for you and upload in the app!
